Is it really 0% commission?
Yes. Finta takes no share of marketplace sales. The only deduction is the transaction fee from the payment provider you choose yourself, and that goes to them, not to us.
So how does Finta make money?
From the subscription. The free plan covers most needs, and businesses that want more choose Pro. We charge for the software, not a slice of your revenue.
Who receives the payment from the customer?
Your business, directly from your own payment provider. Finta never holds your money.
Do I need my own website to take part?
No. Your business gets a public page through Finta that works as a website. If you already have a site, you can embed ordering as a widget.
Can I be on the marketplace and the ordering apps at the same time?
Yes. Many run both for a while and gradually move more customers to the channel that takes no commission.
